Basically every time I remember vague bits of something, I always search for it. In fact, most things, no matter how hard, I'll find within 5 hours because I won't stop until I find it. My family has me search for things they've forgotten all the time. However, there's this one website that I remember very very vaguely from my childhood that I've spent months trying to find, and I've had no success. Whenever I describe it to people they either think I'm crazy or I dreamt it. Please help me find it so I can prove everyone wrong, and put my mind at ease! I HAVE to know!
Things I remember: - The sign up/character creation had one of those "name generators" where you had a first and last name, and you'd have to choose from a list of words to create your name. (Ex. Princess Love, Cutie Pirate, Happy Penguin)
- The website was up in the early 2000's. I am unsure if it's open to this day, but probably not.
- One of the maps you could hang out at was a city. For some reason I remember the buildings being very bright orange, however I'm not 100% sure.
- The website was MORE THAN LIKELY based around a cartoon channel. Think Nicktropolis.
- The camera angle was isometric.
- It was NOT a 3d world.
- Continuing from the cartoon channel memory, I believe I remember being able to talk to cartoon characters from cartoon shows as NPCs. Not 100% sure.
- I believe when choosing your avatar you only had a select few and could only alternate colours for that specific character.
- Adding this in here just in case it's useful; I'm Canadian. It could very well have been some Canadian cartoon channel or something.
